Cookie Policy
Effective date: 16 October 2026 · Berth 31-4
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store, so that the site can recognise the same browser on a later request. Related technologies do the same job by other means: browser storage areas, tiny images loaded from another server to record that a page was opened, and techniques that identify a browser by its own characteristics.
Below is every one of those we checked for on evendatum.online. Only one entry says "Used."
What we checked
- Cookies set by this site
- Not used. This site sets no cookies of its own, of any kind, for any purpose — including preference or session cookies.
- Cookies set by others through this site
- Not used. No third party is able to set a cookie through these pages, because no third party's code runs on them.
- localStorage
- Not used. Nothing is written to your browser's local storage area.
- sessionStorage
- Not used. Nothing is written for the duration of your visit either.
- IndexedDB
- Not used. No in-browser database is created or opened.
- Tracking pixels
- Not used. No beacons, no one-pixel images, no measurement requests. There are no image files on this site at all; every mark you can see is text, a CSS shape or an inline SVG in the page source.
- Browser fingerprinting
- Not used. We do not collect fonts, canvas output, screen dimensions, device characteristics or any other signal in order to recognise your browser.
- Web fonts and third-party scripts
- Not used. The typefaces are ones already installed on your system, named in the stylesheet. The only script is a short first-party file that opens the small-screen menu and runs the print button on the checklists page. There is no analytics, no advertising tag, no tag manager, no social widget, no embedded video and no content delivery network. The site makes zero requests to any other server.
- Server access logs
- Used. Our hosting provider writes an ordinary log entry per request: IP address, date and time, URL requested, referring page if sent, and user-agent string. Entries are kept for 30 days and used for security, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis. They are not cookies, are not stored on your device, and are not used to recognise you across visits.
Why there is no cookie banner
You have seen no consent banner because there is nothing here to consent to. A banner asking permission to set cookies, on a site that sets none, would be a false statement dressed up as a courtesy.
The checklists do not remember your ticks
Every checklist is a printed list with drawn boxes, not a set of controls. Nothing is saved, nothing is restored, and we have no idea which items you have completed. That is why the All checklists page is built to be printed and written on: paper is the storage medium, and it belongs to you.
What happens after you follow an affiliate link
The course contains paid affiliate links to World of Warships. When you follow one you leave this site, and this policy no longer applies.
On their own domains, World of Warships and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology to record that your visit came from us, which is how the commission is attributed. Fourasia s.r.o. does not control those cookies, cannot switch them off and does not receive what they collect. If you want to know what they do, their own cookie and privacy notices are the place to look, and they are published on their own sites.
Blocking or clearing cookies in any browser
Nothing here needs blocking, but the controls are worth knowing for the rest of the web. Every major browser keeps them under a settings heading such as privacy, security or site permissions. From there you can block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, clear what is stored, or have the browser clear it each time you close it. A private window discards cookies and storage when closed. Blocking cookies broadly signs you out of sites that rely on them.
If this ever changes
We do not intend to introduce cookies. If that ever changed, this page would be rewritten and republished with a new effective date before any cookie was set, and a working consent mechanism would be in place first — meaning a real choice, with declining as easy as accepting, and nothing non-essential set until you had chosen. We will never list a cookie here that is not actually in use.
