Privacy Policy

Effective date: 16 October 2026 · Berth 30-1

This policy explains what Fourasia s.r.o. does with personal information in connection with evendatum.online, written as a walkthrough of the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles so each can be checked against what actually happens here.

The responsible entity is Fourasia s.r.o., Sokolská 1605/66, Nové Město, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, company registration 03956717, contactable at info@evendatum.online. Fourasia s.r.o. operates the site, decides what appears on it and is the entity to contact about anything in this policy.

Personal information in connection with this site is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner publishes at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles.

It covers the domain evendatum.online and nothing else. The affiliate destination, the World of Warships website it leads to, and every third-party site linked from the course are operated by other people under their own privacy policies. Once you leave this domain, this policy stops applying.

APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information

This page is the whole of our privacy documentation, is reachable from the footer of every page, and describes real practices rather than a maximum set of permissions. The site is static: HTML files, one stylesheet and one short first-party script. There is no content management system, no database, no user accounts and no administrative interface holding information about readers. Privacy questions and complaints go to info@evendatum.online.

APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity

You can read every page, including all eight checklists, without identifying yourself. Nothing asks for your name and nothing is offered in exchange for an email address. If you write to us, a pseudonymous address is fine and we will answer either way — except for a request for access to or correction of personal information, where we need enough information to be satisfied we are dealing with the right person.

APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information

Two categories of information exist, and only two.

(a) Server access logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary web server logs for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser's user-agent string. These are the standard fields a web server writes.

(b) Email you send us. If you write to info@evendatum.online, we hold your email address, your name if you give it, the content of your message and any attachment you include, together with our reply.

(c) Nothing else. There are no forms and no input fields anywhere on this site. There is no account, no sign-up, no newsletter and no progress tracking. The checklists do not save what you tick. We set no cookies, use no web fonts, run no analytics, carry no advertising tags, build no profiles and do no cross-site tracking. The site requests nothing from any other server: every page, style and script is served from evendatum.online itself, which you can confirm in your browser's network tools.

APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information

Sometimes an email arrives containing information we did not ask for and do not need in order to reply — a phone number, details about a third party, an unrelated attachment. Where it is lawful and reasonable to do so, we delete it. If we may not, it stays in the thread under the retention period in APP 11.

APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information

This page is the notification: it names the collecting entity, lists both categories, states each purpose, says who receives them, gives each retention period, and explains how to seek access, correction or a complaint. There is no collection point at which a separate notice would appear — reading causes a server log entry, and writing to us is something you initiate.

APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information

Access logs are used for three purposes only: security, preventing abuse such as automated attacks, and diagnosing faults. Email is used for one purpose only: reading and answering your message, and keeping a record of the exchange.

Neither category is sold, rented, traded or shared with anyone for marketing, and neither is used to build a profile of you. We disclose information to a law enforcement agency, court or regulator only where the law requires or authorises it, and only to the extent required.

APP 7 — Direct marketing

We do no direct marketing of any kind: no mailing list, no newsletter, no subscription, no course reminder. If you email us, your address is used to reply and for nothing else; there is nothing to be added to.

APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information

Two service providers handle information on our behalf: our hosting provider, which serves the website and keeps the access logs, and our email service provider, which carries and stores the mailbox. We use no other processors.

Both may store or process data outside Australia, including in the European Union where Fourasia s.r.o. is established. We cannot name a single country for either provider, as infrastructure locations change; the location of this data may be outside Australia and you should assume it is.

APP 9 — Adoption, use or disclosure of government related identifiers

This principle has no application here. We do not adopt, use or disclose any government-related identifier — no tax file number, Medicare number, driver licence number, passport number or similar. We have never asked for one and there is nowhere on the site to provide one.

APP 10 — Quality of personal information

The only information we hold that could be inaccurate is what you have written to us. If something in a thread is wrong — a misspelled name, a detail we have misunderstood — tell us and we will correct it. Access logs are a mechanical record of requests, cannot meaningfully be corrected, and are not used to make any decision about any person.

APP 11 — Security of personal information, and how long it is kept

The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic is encrypted in transit. There is no database, no stored form submission and no reader-facing storage of any kind. The hosting account and the mailbox are accessible only to people working for Fourasia s.r.o., using individual credentials. We make no claim to hold any certification or to comply with any standard beyond what is stated on this page.

Retention is set per category:

  • Server access logs: 30 days, after which they are deleted or overwritten in the normal course of the hosting provider's operation.
  • Email: 24 months after the last message in the conversation, after which the thread is deleted — unless we are required to keep it longer, or need it in connection with a legal claim, in which case it is kept until that matter is finished.

APP 12 — Access to personal information

You may ask what personal information we hold about you. Email info@evendatum.online with Privacy request in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request, and we will respond within 30 days.

In practice the answer is short: if you have never written to us, the only thing that may exist is a server log entry from the last 30 days, identifiable only by IP address, which we cannot connect to a person. If you have written to us, the email thread is what we hold.

APP 13 — Correction of personal information

You may ask us to correct personal information we hold, using the same address and subject line. If we agree it is wrong, we will correct it. If we do not, we will tell you why and, if you ask, note alongside it that you consider it inaccurate.

Affiliate links and what happens when you follow one

The course contains paid affiliate links to World of Warships. Following one takes you off evendatum.online entirely.

After that click, World of Warships and the affiliate network may set cookies or similar technology on their own sites to record that the visit came from us. That happens on their domains, under their own policies, and we neither control it nor receive the data it generates.

What we do receive is a commission report from the network: counts of clicks and of completed sign-ups, and the commission owed. Fourasia s.r.o. uses those reports only to reconcile payments. We do not seek, request or accept information that would identify an individual reader, and the reports we receive do not contain it.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled personal information, write to info@evendatum.online with Privacy complaint in the subject line. We will acknowledge the complaint, investigate it and answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints, which explains what the OAIC can consider and how to lodge a complaint with it.

Data breaches

If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or loss of, personal information we hold, we assess promptly whether serious harm is likely. Where it is, we notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, describing the incident and what people can do about it.

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at people under 16. We collect nothing that would identify a child, because we collect nothing that would identify anybody. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

Readers in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom

Fourasia s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so European data protection law also applies to our handling of personal information. The following applies in addition to everything above.

Our legal basis for keeping server access logs is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website. Our legal basis for handling email is the need to take steps at your request and to respond to your enquiry. We rely on no consent basis, because there are no cookies, trackers or marketing to consent to.

You have the right to ask for access to your personal information, its rectification or erasure, restriction of its processing, portability of information you have provided to us, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the same address and subject line as above.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), at uoou.gov.cz, or with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.

Changes to this policy

When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top of the page is updated. If a change is material — a new category of information, a new recipient, a different retention period — a short notice saying so is displayed at the top of this page for 30 days after the change takes effect.
