These terms apply to your use of evendatum.online, published by Fourasia s.r.o., Sokolská 1605/66, Nové Město, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, company registration 03956717, contactable at info@evendatum.online. Using the site means accepting them.

1. What this site is

This site is an informational workbook about getting started with free-to-play desktop games, written for general readers in Australia. It is published for information and education.

2. What it is not

It is not professional advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, consumer, security or technical advice for your particular circumstances, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified person or from the relevant regulator.

It is not accredited training. There is no registration, no assessment, no certificate and no qualification. Completing the steps and the checklists records nothing anywhere and confers no status.

It is not a support service. We cannot see your computer, cannot access any game account and cannot act on your behalf with any vendor.

3. Product information changes

Where the site describes a product, it reflects what we were told at the time of writing, and we deliberately say so rather than filling gaps. System requirements, account terms, prices, shop contents and classifications are all set by other organisations and can change without notice to us. Always check the vendor's current pages, and the relevant regulator's current pages, before relying on anything here.

4. Third-party sites

The site links to websites operated by other people, including government bodies, a vendor and an affiliate network. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices, and linking to one is not an endorsement of it. 5. Intellectual property

The text, layout, stylesheet and inline graphics of this site are owned by Fourasia s.r.o. You may read the pages, print the checklists and keep them for your own use, including in a household or classroom. Republishing the course text as your own is not permitted. Brand names mentioned belong to their owners, as set out in the notice in the footer of every page.

6. Availability

We try to keep the site reachable and current but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Pages may be revised, corrected or withdrawn at any time, and the review date in the footer tells you when the content was last confirmed.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fourasia s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information in it, including loss arising from a decision to install or not install any software, or to spend or not spend any money.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. In particular, nothing here affects the consumer guarantees and other protections that apply to Australian consumers under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and liability may lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

8. Misleading conduct

Misleading or deceptive conduct in trade or commerce is prohibited under the Australian Consumer Law, and that obligation applies to us as the publisher of this site. If you think something here is misleading, write to info@evendatum.online and tell us which sentence; corrections are made at the source rather than defended.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where Fourasia s.r.o. is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over disputes about them. This does not displace any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the place where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law and the right of an Australian consumer to bring a matter before an Australian court or regulator.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms are revised, the effective date at the top of this page is updated. The version published here is the version that applies.
